We cannot accept returns on opened or used pest control, disease control, biostimulant, or scouting/monitoring products. If the item is unopened and undamaged in its original packaging we can accept the return within 15 days of the order being shipped. The refund will be processed upon our receipt of the item. Please notify us prior to sending a return package.
Any cancelled orders will be subject to a 6% cancellation fee.
For biocontrols, please open and inspect the items upon receipt for quality and notify us of any concerns within 24 hours. Quality control guidelines can be found here, from the Vineland Research and Innovation Centre.
