We cannot accept returns on perishable items such as beneficial insects, mites or nematodes.
For beneficial insects, mites or nematodes, please open and inspect the items upon receipt for quality. If there are any concerns, please take pictures and notify us within 24 hours and we will do our best to find a solution.
Opened or used pest control, disease control, biostimulant, or scouting/monitoring products cannot be returned.
For unopened, non-perishable items in their original packaging we can accept returns within 15 days of the shipping date. A refund will be processed upon our receipt of the item. Please notify us prior to sending a return package.
