2025 Year in Review: Growth, Innovation and Natural Pest Solutions
Sound Horticulture was very busy and active in 2025, completing 25 years of business. Our sales increased, we added new and exciting products and deepened relationships with both customers and vendors.
People
With great sadness this October we lost our beloved office manager Karin to illness. She was the center of this organization and we have felt her loss deeply. She has stood by us for many years, through thick and thin, and taught us so many things about business and life as well. She cherished the values of love, loyalty and friendship from the Irish Claddagh. She patiently onboarded new employees, answering their millions of questions. She was always there to help problem solve orders, scheduling and more. She truly loved the work and the people and will always be a part of Sound Horticulture.
Events
Sound Horticulture exhibited and gave presentations at several shows across the nation. The UNLA Green conference in Utah, ProGreen Expo in Colorado and the Farwest Show in Oregon. We also attended the IPPS western regional meeting, the IPPS Utah area meeting and PlantCon in Dallas. We partnered with WSNLA to provide a three part grower webinar series and Ali presented at the Oregon Pesticide Safety Education Program with rave reviews:
- This was the best/most interesting presentation I have seen in the PSEP webinars I have attended so far.
